Alain Thomas

Alain Thomas has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Orange, where responsibilities have spanned various leadership roles since 2003. Currently serving as the Head of Department for IT platforms for IP fixed networks, Alain leads advancements in DNS and AAA solutions while overseeing multiple teams in architecture, engineering, and operations. Previous roles include managing engineering teams for VoIP and CDN technologies, as well as enhancing broadband network architectures. Alain's expertise extends back to France Telecom, where contributions included R&D management for large-scale projects supporting VoIP, IPTV, and broadband advancements. Alain holds a change management certification from ESSEC Business School and education from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
