Andrei Henciu has accumulated extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning as a Sales Representative at Orange from August 2006 to November 2007, where responsibilities included achieving sales objectives, promoting products, and managing customer relations. Since December 2007, Andrei has served as a Shop Manager at Orange Romania, focusing on sales trend analysis, store efficiency, team performance management, and strategic advertising efforts. Andrei holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
