Anne Mazoyer

Anne Mazoyer is the Directrice de la Formation et de la Professionnalisation at ProPME, Orange France, where they lead initiatives to enhance skills development for both internal teams and external partners. From 2016 to 2019, they focused on increasing the representation of women in technical roles at Orange by implementing innovative recruitment and training programs, resulting in a significant rise in the gender diversity of hires. Their extensive career includes roles in sales management and internal communication, where they have successfully driven performance improvements and client satisfaction. Anne obtained a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation from IUT Quimper and a certification in Service Agility Strategy from ESSEC Business School.
