Artur LAPICUS

Artur Lapicus is currently the Head of FTTH Deployment at Orange, where they focus on the architecture of transport networks, mobile backhaul networks, and the implementation of IP/MPLS technology. With previous roles at Orange Moldova, including Head of Transport Network Design & Deployment and PS Core Network & IP/MPLS Senior Engineer, they have extensive experience in network audits and transport optimization. Artur has also served as a Senior Lecturer at Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei and a Scientific Researcher at the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. Proficient in multiple languages, Artur possesses strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, making them a valuable asset in dynamic environments.
