Bernard Saison is currently leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives for the Corporate Functions at Orange since 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they focused on diversity at Orange Business Services and held various roles from 2005 to 2016 that included continuous improvement and team management. Prior to this, Bernard gained experience in help desk support and process management at Expertel Services & FM from 1998 to 2005, and worked at BULL SA from 1986 to 1998 in operations and supervision. They were also the national coordinator of the "Happy Men Share More" program from 2014 to 2019, promoting workplace equality and managerial innovation.
