Bogdan Minescu has 12 years of experience in Mobile Finance, specializing in managing complex IT systems across international and multicultural settings. They currently serve as the Head of the Architecture & Data Department at Orange Money Shared Services Center, where they lead digital and IT transformations for an ecosystem that supports 90 million customers. Previously, Bogdan held roles such as Head of the Orange Money Design Authority and Project Management and Solution Architect for a voice command multimedia system at Renault. They earned a Doctorate in Computer Sciences from Université d'Avignon et des Pays de Vaucluse and possess multiple engineering degrees.
