Cécile Darnis

Cécile Darnis is the Group Treasury Deputy Director at Orange Group, where they oversee treasury operations, cash management, and team management for 50 individuals. With nearly 15 years of experience in financial transformation, they previously held multiple leadership roles at Orange, including Director of Accounts and Director of Finance Transformation. Cécile has developed strong competencies in finance, controlling, and team management, demonstrating a strategic vision coupled with operational pragmatism. They also gained early experience as a Financial Audit Manager at Mazars, where they worked with notable clients and handled complex operations. Cécile holds a Master’s degree from NEOMA Business School and completed a partnership program in Corporate Finance with the University of Pittsburgh.
