Céline Perot is an experienced professional in Data and AI Transformation at Orange Innovation, currently focusing on communication and change management to support internal transformation. Prior to this, Céline held significant roles at France Telecom Orange, including Head of B2B Operational CRM and Project Manager at Orange International. With a strong background in customer experience and digital solutions, Céline has played a pivotal role in overseeing major transformation programs across Europe and MEA. Céline earned a Master’s degree from Lincoln International Business School and a BA Hons in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
