Chifai Kam

ChiFai Kam is an experienced Product Owner and Scrum Master at Orange, overseeing multiple API components and authentication services. Responsibilities include capturing requirements, managing development backlogs, and ensuring functional documentation is current. In previous roles, ChiFai served as a Senior Consultant at ALTEN, a Product Designer at Merci Les Amoureux, and held UI/UX design positions at Amadeus and AXA. Notably, ChiFai was a Product Owner for CheckMyTrip with Amadeus, achieving over one million downloads and high user satisfaction ratings. ChiFai began a career with roles in digital project management at Cheil France and Samsung, complemented by a Master’s degree in Interactive Digital Engineering from GOBELINS Paris.
