Cyril Houot

Cyril Houot is a seasoned telecommunications professional who currently serves as the Directeur de l'Intervention et des Réseaux de l'Ain et du Rhône. They have previously held significant roles at Orange France, including Network Operational Skill Center Team Leader and Radio Engineer, where they were responsible for project management and network maintenance. Additionally, Cyril worked at Orange Marine as an Engineer in Charge, leading a technical team in submarine cable operations. They obtained an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Telecom Lille 1, completing their studies in 2000.
