Damien Biard is currently the Responsable des relations d'Orange avec les collectivités locales et institutions de Savoie et Haute-Savoie, advocating for the company in external relations and focusing on digital territory development, communication, and innovation. Previously, Damien held various roles at Orange from 2012 to 2017, including Business Country Partner for the MEA region and Marketing Manager for Wi-Fi hotspots. Earlier, Damien contributed to the education sector as a Computer Teacher at the Faculty of Law & Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and worked as a Sales Engineer for GlobeCast from 1997 to 2003. Damien holds a Master’s degree from SKEMA Business School, which was completed in 1994.
