Dragos MOCANU

Dragos Mocanu is a Continuous Improvement Manager specializing in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management for RPA and AI. They have held several roles within Orange, including RPA Project Director and Process & Performance Improvement Manager, focusing on process mining and training.
