Emma Eberle

Emma Eberle is a Data Scientist currently working at Orange, where they focus on predicting order cancellations through customer interaction analysis and contribute to the development of internal Python libraries for NLP and generative AI. They also engage in advanced deep learning model implementation for automatic survey labeling and the classification of survey texts. Previously, Emma developed a Customer Lifetime Value model and created a proof of concept for a retrieval-augmented generation chatbot at Galeries Lafayette. Emma has an extensive educational background, including ongoing master's studies in statistical modeling at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a strong foundational degree in quantitative economics from Université de Strasbourg.
