Emmanuel Ménat

Emmanuel Ménat served as a Manageur de Projets Automatisation Réseau Mobile at Orange from 2019 to 2023, leading projects focused on mobile network automation and artificial intelligence with a product, cross-functional, and agile approach. Prior to this role, Emmanuel worked as an Ingénieur Radio Mobile, handling the design, optimization, and operational deployment of GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks. They also gained experience as a consultant at Altran, where they specialized in mobile access networks. Emmanuel holds an engineering degree in Telecoms, Networks, and IT from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and a DUT in Networks & Telecommunications from IUT de Blagnac.
