Erwan Launay

Erwan Launay is a seasoned professional in IT and operations management, currently managing large and complex entities at Orange. With a background that includes roles such as Head of Field Operations Management and Deputy Director for Field Services in the South West of France, Erwan has led teams of up to 1,200 personnel and has a strong focus on efficiency, crisis management, and continuous improvement. Before this, Erwan served as R&D Laboratory Director at Orange Labs, overseeing a team responsible for service platform solutions, and has held multiple roles at France Telecom related to mobile technologies and applications. Erwan holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure des Télécommunications and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Nantes Université.
