Fouad Benikhlef

Fouad Benikhlef is a Director of Regulatory Affairs with an engineering background and 17 years of progressive experience in telecommunications. They previously worked at France Telecom - Orange Group as a Multiservice Network Architect and held various roles at Orange, including Project Manager and Architect Leader, where they focused on enhancing service quality and monitoring strategies. Fouad also served as Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs for the MENA region, overseeing 5G developments. They began their career as a Telecom Account Manager at CSIE and as a Network Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent.
