Francesca PIERRE

Francesca Pierre is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience at Orange, where they held multiple leadership positions including Directrice des ressources humaines et Transformations. Francesca began their career at Calberson as an Assistant RH and has transitioned to an educational role, currently teaching at CNAM Guadeloupe. They earned a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources from Université Paris Dauphine and a DEUG in Economics and Management from Université des Antilles. Francesca is dedicated to helping individuals, particularly women, navigate their professional journeys while maintaining a balance between work and personal life.
