frederic labarre

Frederic Labarre has an extensive background in telecommunications, beginning as an Integration, Validation and Support Engineer for Radio Access Networks at Nortel Networks from 1996 to 1999. After various roles at France Telecom Orange, including New Radio Technologies Engineer and Radio Manager, Frederic served in several key positions at Orange from 2001 to November 2024, most recently as the network and customer intervention director overseeing maintenance for telecommunication networks in the Lille area. Other significant roles included Head of Radio Corporate Expertise Center and Group Internal Auditor, where Frederic focused on enhancing operational effectiveness and risk management across the Orange Group globally. Frederic holds a PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille and completed executive training in marketing at ESSEC Business School in 2015.
