Géraldine Hoffmann

Géraldine Hoffmann is the Director of People and Workplace Strategy and People Analytics at Orange Belgium and Voo, where they currently drive HR data analytics and transformation. Previously, Géraldine held various roles at Orange, including HR Strategy and People Analytics Director, as well as positions in internal control and audit. Their experience also includes work as a Change and HR Manager at Agilos and an Auditor at Deloitte Belgium. Géraldine holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and is pursuing a Master's in management sciences at Louvain School of Management.
