Ionela Maxim

Ionela Maxim is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as the Recruitment Team Leader at Orange since December 2021, Ionela Maxim contributes to organizational growth by monitoring team performance, setting clear goals, and empowering team members. Previous roles include Recruitment Team Coordinator and IT Recruitment Coordinator, where responsibilities included filling job openings, interacting with department heads, and implementing best recruiting practices. Prior to Orange, Ionela Maxim held various positions at KIVORK, culminating in the role of Recruiting Team Lead. Academically, Ionela Maxim holds a Master's degree in HR Evaluation, Training & Psychological Coaching from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași and has completed an Erasmus program in Psychology of Work and Well-Being at Università degli Studi di Torino, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
