Irina Stanescu

Irina Stanescu is a seasoned Human Resources Director at Orange, bringing 20 years of HR experience in the telecommunications industry across multiple countries. Previously, they served as an HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Manager at Sofrecom, where they shaped HR strategies and managed training initiatives. As Human Resources Director for Cybersecurity at Orange, Irina managed HR strategies for large teams and successfully established the HR core team in Orange Armenia. Irina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Paris and has additional qualifications in Economics and Public Relations.
