Isabelle Dilasser has extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications and IT sectors, particularly at Orange France from 1999 to 2012, where positions included Chef de projet Facturation and RESPONSABLE SOLUTIONS TRANSVERSES. Her responsibilities encompassed the implementation of IT solutions, development of online platforms, and management of billing applications, demonstrating expertise in technical environments and cross-functional coordination. Prior to Orange, Isabelle worked in various IT service companies from 1988 to 1999, executing multiple projects involving design, development, and integration for clients such as THOMSON, EDF, and GENERAL ELECTRIC. Isabelle holds a DESS equivalent to a Master's degree and an MST in Physiological Engineering from the University of Poitiers.
