Karolina Kosut

Karolina Kosut is an experienced leader in strategy, marketing, and digital services development, currently serving as a Strategy and Innovation Leader at Orange since 2024. Previously, from 2016 to 2024, they held various roles at Polkomtel Sp. z o. o., including Content Manager in the Marketing Strategy Department and Brand Manager in the Sales & CRM Department. Karolina's early career included a position as a Senior Sales Account Manager at Internet Group in Poland from 2008 to 2009, where they focused on developing customer acquisition campaigns. They hold a Master's degree in Tourism Economy from ALMAMER Szkoła Wyższa and postgraduate degrees in Human Resource Management from Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna w Warszawie and Internet Marketing from Kozminski University.
