Laurent Force

Laurent Force is currently the France area products and services director at Orange, a role held since 2014, where they oversee product alignment, strategy, and customer satisfaction, managing a budget exceeding 100 million euros annually. Prior to this, Laurent served in various capacities at Orange and France Telecom, including major account manager and project director, where they led teams, developed strategies, and enhanced customer relations. Laurent holds multiple engineering degrees from prestigious institutions, including Telecom ParisTech and Mines Paris - PSL, along with a Ph.D. in Physics from the Ecole normale supérieure.
