Laurent Peiffer

Laurent Peiffer is the Directeur de l'asset management et du développement immobilier for the Grand Sud-est region at Orange, where they manage a team of eight and oversee 3,500 sites totaling 800,000 m². With extensive experience in project management and real estate development, Laurent has held various roles at Orange since 2006, including Directeur de projet valorisation d'actifs immobiliers. They began their career as an expert comptable stagiaire at Pma Fiduciaire and later served as the Directeur Administratif et Financier at Groupe Cofratel. Laurent holds a DSCG degree in expertise comptable from Université Aix Marseille.
