Marc Maouche is currently the Director of Local Institutional Partnerships at Orange and serves as Co-President of Normandie Numérique, an association resulting from the merger of Normandie Web Xperts and Campus Normandie Cyber. Marc is a member of the Regional Economic, Social and Environmental Council of Normandy and has served as Regional Delegate for Orange in Normandy. Marc has also contributed to the European Commission's telecom sector dialogue committee and held various leadership roles, including as President of the association for employee shareholders of Orange (AASGO) and as an administrator at ENSICAEN and Caen Normandie Développement.
