Mark Broom is currently the VP of Group Fraud & Revenue Assurance at Orange, where they oversee strategies to enhance financial benefits and manage risk. Previously, they served as the Head of Fraud Operations at France Telecom from 2007 to 2013, implementing fraud and revenue assurance strategies across group companies. Early in their career, they held various roles at Orange and France Telecom, including Fraud & RA Manager. Mark also chaired the GSMA Fraud & Security Group from 2015 to 2018. They are currently pursuing education at QEH, Bristol.
