Naïma Aubonnet

Naïma Aubonnet is a skilled manager in inclusion and the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Orange Group. With extensive experience at Orange since 1997, they have held various roles, including Director of Awareness and Prospective Diversity & Inclusion, where they focused on advancing training and sensitivity programs related to digital equality and diversity. Naïma has a DEUG in foreign languages from Université Paris X Nanterre. They are also actively involved as an NQT Association Administrator and a member of the ILO Global Business & Disability Network Steerco.
