Sr. Technical Project Manager

Nesma Adel is a seasoned Sr. Project Manager with a background in customer service and technical project management. They began their career at Mobinil as a Customer Service Representative, where they forecasted incoming calls and managed agent schedules from 2012 to 2014. Nesma continued to hone their skills in various roles at Orange, including FBB Complaint Handling Associate and Sr. Technical Project Manager, from 2016 to 2019. They hold a degree from Helwan University Cairo, completed between 2006 and 2010, and are currently pursuing a challenging position to further their career.
