Noran Helal is a senior manager in energy and environment engineering with over 18 years of experience focused on energy security and planning, particularly in renewable resources across Egypt and Africa. Currently serving as an Orange Expert in Energy and Environment at Orange, Noran also holds a managerial position in Energy and Environment Engineering at Orange Egypt. They are PMP certified and have managed numerous energy projects and solar energy initiatives. Noran earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power and Machines from Ain Shams University.
