Omar Lotfy

Omar Lotfy has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with Orange and Orange Business Services. Between April 2004 and November 2009, Omar served as Head of the VSAT support team, managing team performance and overseeing global VSAT connections using various technologies. As a Senior Solution Architect, responsibilities included analyzing and designing end-to-end technical solutions to meet customer needs and drive profitable business outcomes. From July 2009 to May 2015, Omar held the position of Service Manager, focusing on quality monitoring, incident auditing, and providing Tier 3 support for satellite solutions. Later, as a Senior Solution Design Architect, Omar managed responses to RFPs, leveraging extensive knowledge of satellite services and related products. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Collège De La Salle and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Cairo University.
