Ousmane BALDE

Ousmane Balde is a network and security engineer with extensive experience in information security and project management. From 2018 to 2024, they served as a Security and Network Engineer at the Présidence de la République du Sénégal, where they configured and managed firewalls, conducted vulnerability assessments, and trained end-users on security best practices. Currently, Ousmane is the CISO at Orange, where they implement information asset management systems, manage risk, and oversee IT security audits. They hold a Master's degree in ICT for social development from 神戸情報大学院大学 and a degree in telecommunications engineering from Ecole Superieure Multinationale des Telecommunications.
