Pascal Lesecq is the Head of Climate Change & Environmental Management at Orange Network and IT Division. Previously, Pascal served as IT Director on Billing Solutions and led transformation initiatives within a large department at Orange from 2013 to 2021. With experience in various IT management roles at companies such as IBM Global Services and France Telecom, Pascal has developed expertise in IT strategic planning, governance, and agile methodologies. Pascal holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Physics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Grenoble, and additional qualifications in Nuclear Engineering and Chemical Engineering from Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble and Imperial College London.
