Pascaline Morel

Pascaline Morel is a versatile senior HR professional with extensive experience in both soft and hard HR skills. They have held significant roles at Orange, including Senior HR Manager and HR Squad Lead Centre of Expertise, where they managed teams and were responsible for various aspects of HR, from compensation and benefits to organizational design and change management. Previously, they worked at Mobistar as an HR Project Manager, implementing methodologies for organizational change, and began their career in recruitment at Egosearch. Pascaline earned a Master’s degree in Germanic Philology from Université catholique de Louvain and completed a program in Compensation & Benefits at Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School.
