Patrick VIGNALI

Patrick Vignali is currently the Head of Operations Department for Services Enablers & OTA Sim at Orange, having previously served as the Head of Billing & Commercial Offers Department. In this role, they managed four teams totaling 17 individuals, focusing on various aspects of billing and commercial offerings while overseeing resource and budget management. Prior to these positions, Patrick worked as a Core Network Engineer at Orange Labs from 1997 to 1999, where they qualified and accepted major network releases. Patrick earned their degree from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Électronique et de Radioélectricité de Grenoble between 1992 and 1995.
