Philippe Fouquart

Philippe Fouquart is a Senior Expert at Orange, a position held since 1999, where they provide strategic technology guidance and support to various teams across 26 countries in Europe and Africa. They served as a software development engineer at Thales Digital Identity and Security from 1998 to 1999 and held an engineering position with the État-Major des Armées from 1997 to 1998. Philippe is also a member of the .EU Multistakeholder Advisory Group, advising the European Commission on internet governance matters. Additionally, they have held significant roles within the International Telecommunication Union and ICANN, including GNSO Chair and ISPCP Chair.
