Philippe Mendribil

Philippe Mendribil is a professional with over 20 years of international experience in mobile telecommunication network transformation and cost optimization. Currently serving as the Head of Networks Transformation and Cost Optimization for Orange MEA, they are responsible for managing strategic programs focused on connectivity. Philippe previously held roles as a mobile network launch project manager at Sofrecom and as a pre-sales radio network access design expert at Alcatel-Lucent. They have contributed to significant projects across multiple countries, including network implementations and strategy recommendations. Philippe also has a background in education, having lectured on mobile services deployment at Télécom Bretagne.
