Philippe Toussaint

Philippe Toussaint is the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Orange Belgium, bringing 30 years of telecommunications industry experience to the role. They have a proven track record in technology strategy, team management, and transformation across multiple areas. Previously, Philippe held various senior positions at Orange, including Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Broadband & TV, where they launched key business lines and led multidisciplinary teams. Philippe completed the INSEAD Orange Key Leadership Program and holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, along with an Executive Master in Management from Solvay Business School.
