Radu Chiribau

Radu Chiribau is currently the HR Transformation Lead at Orange, where they manage project initiatives aimed at transforming the organization through the empowerment of people and strategic HR practices. Previously, Radu held various roles at Orange Romania, including CS Digital & Convergence Operations Manager and CS Technical Solutions Manager, where they focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Radu began their career in customer support and technical roles, progressively taking on leadership responsibilities. They hold a Master's degree in Integrated Technological Systems from the Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
