Radu Mihai is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in integration, delivery management, and optimization within the telecommunications sector. Radu began a career as a Field Engineer at RCS & RDS from March 2012 to February 2014, followed by a role as a Wireless Engineer at Huawei Technologies until May 2017, where significant projects included various Vodafone and Turkcell initiatives. Radu then joined Ericsson as a Senior Integration Engineer for a short period in 2017, before transitioning to Connect44 as a Delivery Manager until August 2020.
