Rania Gharib

Rania Gharib has extensive experience in the legal, regulatory, and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Chief Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Officer and VP of Regulatory & Legal Affairs at Orange since July 2017. Previously, Rania held various roles at Telecom Egypt from January 2004 to June 2017, including Senior Director of Corporate Governance, Legal and Governmental Affairs, and Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Rania started the legal career at Fahmy Law Office as a Lawyer from July 1999 to December 2003. Academically, Rania earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Cairo University and a Master’s Degree in Law, specializing in Litigation and Dispute Resolution Procedures, from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
