Sandrine Chelles is currently the Head of Conversation & Voice Services at Orange, where they lead Contact Centers, Voice Enablers, and Intelligent Network Services. With over 20 years of experience in R&D, B2B service management, and service operations across Network, IT, and Mobile domains, Sandrine has successfully managed significant transformation projects focused on digitalization and customer experience. They have led teams of over 150 people and are known for their strong leadership and project management skills. Sandrine has shared insights at 14 international conferences and enjoys engaging with audiences on strategy and results at all organizational levels. They hold a Doctorate in Physics from Ecole normale supérieure de Paris.
