Simona Mereuta is the Group Talent Management Director with a strong background in human resources and a commitment to supporting organizational ambitions through its workforce. Previously, Simona held roles such as Human Resources Director at SoftAtHome and various leadership positions at Orange, where they managed HR strategies across multiple countries. Simona has a proven track record in talent management, project management, and learning and development, coupled with experience in navigating complex organizational structures. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Training from the University of Geneva and a Master’s in Communication and Public Relations from the National School of Administration and Political Sciences in Romania. Currently, Simona continues to excel in their role at Orange, focusing on HR strategies and talent management.
