Sonny KABENE

Sonny KABENE has extensive experience in training and development, beginning as a Formateur National at Orange France from 2004 to 2011, where responsibilities included professionalizing support roles and managers within the mobile service sector, resulting in comprehensive training for all advisors and sales personnel prior to project launches. Since May 2011, Sonny KABENE has been the Responsable Ingénierie Formation at Orange France, managing a team of Learning Development Managers and overseeing the design and implementation of training programs for over 2,300 managers and coaches. Sonny KABENE is currently pursuing a Certification in Engineering Training from Université de Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense and a Certification in Facilitation/Training from Sciences Po, both with distinctions.
