Tom Martin is currently the Directeur Regional Programme Fibre Entreprise for Grand Nord EST and is known for their sociable, agile, and rigorous approach to their work. Tom holds a DUT in Génie Electronique et Informatique Industrielle, obtained as the top of their class, and a degree in Engineering in Information and Communication Technology from IMT Lille Douai, where they graduated second in their promotion.
