Veaceslav Puscasu

Veaceslav Puscasu, Ph.D., is currently an Information Technology Architect at Orange, where they analyze business requirements and develop technical architecture for IT solutions. They possess extensive experience in project management, IT security delivery and management, and risk management, with a notable background in governmental IT projects. Prior to their current role, Veaceslav held various positions, including Cloud Security and Operation Manager at the Electronic Government Center of the Republic of Moldova and Country Manager at OMEGA Trust. They earned a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
