Veronique Biecques

Veronique Biecques is the Directrice recrutement, parcours professionnel et attractivité employeur for the Groupe Orange, where they define and implement recruitment strategies tailored to key IT expertise and evolving candidate demographics. Since joining Orange in 2010, Veronique has launched innovative recruitment techniques, including video recruitment and Big Data projects, while managing talent assessment centers and the Graduate Program. Prior to their current role, Veronique held various HR positions, including Group talent management deputy director at Orange and HR consultant at VB Conseil, building extensive experience in talent management and sourcing. Veronique holds a DEA in Gestion RH from Université Lille 1 and has also lectured at Université de Lille 2.
