Virginie Fromal

Virginie Fromal has extensive experience in client management and business services, currently serving as the responsible department head for Mobile and Fixed Client Management at Orange since May 2018. Prior to this role, Virginie worked at Orange Business Services from June 2001 to June 2009, where responsibilities included serving as a Mobile Enterprises and Major Accounts Business Engineer, leading a team of Customer Service Managers, overseeing the USC Ile de France production department, and acting as a commercial engineer in the Enterprise Agency. Virginie holds a DEA in Human Sciences with a focus on GPEC, training, and recruitment from Université Paris X Nanterre, earned between 1987 and 1992.
