Alexandra Labroue

Alexandra Labroue has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A, currently serving as the Directrice juridique Corporate M&A and previously as Directrice juridique Droit des Sociétés et Restructurations at Orano since February 2015. Prior to this role, Alexandra Labroue held senior legal positions at Alcatel Lucent, focusing on corporate governance, executive compensation, and restructuring matters. Responsibilities included preparing financial documents, organizing general meetings, managing powers delegation systems, and handling mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra Labroue also worked at ALCATEL SPACE and Cegelec in corporate law roles. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Commercial Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon – Assas.
