Alexia Bernard has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Responsable RH Melox and Responsable RH 3SE at Orano since June 2016. Previously held the position of Responsable Ressources Humaines at AREVA NC from June 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included supporting the Human Resources Department and implementing group HR processes. Prior to that, in roles from 2006 to 2010 at AREVA NC, Alexia focused on identifying and addressing training needs and managing the training plan. Experience also includes serving as Responsable Régional Ressources Humaines at STMI from 1998 to 2006, overseeing resource management, recruitment, and team management.
